Phone, email or WhatsApp access for faults, questions and time-sensitive issues.

Remote diagnostics

Structured troubleshooting before unnecessary travel or vendor attendance.

Monitoring

Proactive checks and early warning where the vessel infrastructure allows it.

Common questions

Before you get in touch.

Where do we begin?

A short call covers the vessel, the current systems and where support is most needed. From there, a sensible onboarding or one-off scope can be agreed.

How is support priced?

Pricing is shaped around the vessel, the support scope, remote-access requirements and expected operational demand.

Can you work alongside an onboard AVIT or ETO?

Yes. The service can provide technical backup, leave cover, a second opinion or extra capacity during yard periods and busy guest operations.

Is one-off troubleshooting available?

Yes. Retained support is not a prerequisite for audits, troubleshooting, project planning or focused technical assistance.

Can you supply hardware or airtime?

Yes. Connectivity, hardware and service subscriptions — Starlink, 4G/5G, email and similar — can be specified and sourced on the vessel’s behalf. Recommendations stay brand-neutral: the specification is agreed first, and supply is arranged to match it.
